ENNEADE is a Progressive Metal band from Lyon, France formed in 1995.The group initially recorded and self-released three demos: Shades of Death(1996),King of Silver(1998) and Tunis Area(2001).
In 2005 they signed to the Musea label and recorded and released their first full-length album "Remembrance".The album consists of four long pieces that range from 10 to 18 minutes.It contains rumbling bass,powerful drums and intense riffs yet also has acoustic,peaceful and melodious moments,with rises in tension that evolve gradually to an anxious climax.
Galileo Records will release their new album Teardrops in morining dew. Expect 69 minutes of intense music including 8 songs. The title song for example describes a car crash in an intensive and emotional way.
ENNEADE combine influences from bands such as DREAM THEATER,OPETH,KING CRIMSON and ANATHEMA and play complex, melodic and highly original progressive metal. HIGHLY recommended.
